Who we are
Greenlink Analytical and Research Laboratory (India) Private Limited (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) operates the laboratory information management system at lims.greenlink.in. We process samples and produce certificates of analysis under NABL accreditation TC-6144.
What information we collect
We collect the information needed to deliver our analytical services: client and contact details (name, email, phone, address, GSTIN where applicable), sample submissions, test results, payment records, and standard system telemetry (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, audit events). For staff accounts we additionally store passwords (one-way hashed), two-factor secrets (encrypted), and recent sign-in attempts for security review.
How we use it
Information is used solely to fulfil our obligations as a testing laboratory: sample tracking, result reporting, regulatory submission, invoicing, customer support, and quality / compliance audits required by ISO/IEC 17025 §8.4 and NABL 112. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising profiling.
How long we keep it
Test records, certificates of analysis, and the associated audit trail are retained for ten (10) years from the date of issue, in line with ISO/IEC 17025 record-retention practice and customer expectations. Payment and tax records are retained for eight (8) years per Indian taxation requirements. Personal contact details may be deleted earlier on request, subject to those record-retention obligations.
Who we share with
We share information only as necessary to deliver the service: payment processors (Razorpay) for online invoice payments, accounting (Tally) for tax records, email providers for client communication, and our cloud infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region). When tests are subcontracted to another NABL laboratory the relevant sample identifier and parameters are shared with that laboratory; the resulting certificate flags the subcontracted parameter.
Where it lives
Servers are located in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and stored within India.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it (subject to our retention obligations). Email enquiry@greenlinklabs.com with the subject "Data request" and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We set strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, session security, and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
Two-factor authentication is required for all privileged accounts. The audit log is hash-chained and tamper-evident. We disclose any security incident affecting customer data within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.
